Who We Are
I am Dave and this is my girlfriend Teri. We are both transplants in PCB from the St Louis area, and we love it here.
I am no stranger to owning a business and believe in building strong partnerships with my clients and providing our guests with the clean accommodations that they expect when they spend their hard-earned money to visit our wonderful beach.
Professionally, I have done many things over the years including being part owner of a restaurant, spending 23 years in the air freight industry, I was the owner and founder of Two Blind Guys (a custom blind and shutter company) for 12 years. Yes, I’m old, but we don’t need to talk about that.
Today, I am the owner of Mister Moppin with an amazing team of individuals who help me keep PCB spotless, and I have another business where I help others start their own short-term rental cleaning business and build websites for them.

The majority of our clients live out of state, and we are not just the cleaning team, we are their eyes and ears and we care for their properties as if they were our own.
We have systems in place to ensure a 5-star experience for our guests, as well as provide our owners with a hassle-free experience.
