Hi, I am Dave Koupal. I am the owner of Mister Moppin Airbnb Turnover Services here in Panama City Beach.
I am no stranger to owning a business and believe in building strong partnerships with my clients and providing our guests with the clean accommodations that they expect when they spend their hard-earned money to visit our wonderful beach.
Professionally, I have had a few careers over the course of my life. I was the owner and founder of Two Blind Guys (a custom blind and shutter company) for 12 years in St. Louis, MO. (My hometown). This gave me experience with decor and staging, which is a great eye to have in setting up properties for your guests.
Today, I am the owner of Mister Moppin with an amazing team of individuals who help me keep PCB spotless.

The majority of our clients live out of state, and we are not just the cleaning team, we are their eyes and ears and we care for their properties as if they were our own.
